6" Rectangular blade for breaking down large cuts of meat and cutting through bone. Made from special formula high carbon stainless steel. SIGMAFORGE - single-piece forged knife. Ice hardened FRIODUR blade stays sharper longer. Precision honed blade and laser controlled edge for superior sharpness. 57 Rockwell hardness provides excellent edge retention. Polypropylene handles are ergonomic. Dishwasher safe but hand wash recommended.
