Description
The Amici Rotoku is perfect for chopping and cutting fish fruit herbs and more. Forged from a single piece of steel hardened to 58 HRC Rockwell. Laser controlled precision sharpening keeps blades sharper longer. Half bolster protects fingers during slicing and dicing. Custom-grained Calabrian olive wood handle is water resistant and antibacterial. Blade dimensions: 7"L x 2.2"W. Handle length: 4.5". Recommend hand wash only.
