This Old Mountain cast iron grill/griddle is pre-seasoned and ready to use. Cast iron construction distributes heat evenly and prevents hot spots. Pre-seasoned designed allows immediate use out of the box. Designed to fit directly over two stovetop burners. Reversible design with smooth griddle and ribbed grill on the other side.
