Precision laser cut blades hardened to 56 Rockwell. Laser-controlled precision sharpening. Highly durable handle design made of synthetic Polyoxymethylene (POM). POM handle has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. Intuitive and uniquely lightweight. Blade dimensions: 6"L x 1.7"W. Recommend hand wash.
