Description
Gourmet knives are well balanced and durable. The bread knife easily slices through bread and baguettes with minimal crumb. Serrated edge helps guide blade through tough crust without compressing bread. Polyoxymethylene (POM) triple-riveted handles. Handles resist fading and discoloration. Incredibly sharp and easily maintained blade. Dishwasher safe but recommend hand wash for longer blade life.
