Undergoes a premium Japanese leather sharpening process. Ice-hardened and tempered to 53 HRC on the Rockwell Hardness scale. Balanced Construction: Full tang construction. Handle Design: Triple-riveted G10 fiberglass handle fitted with an elegant mosaic pin. Hand wash and dry only - not dishwasher safe.
